Between living through a pandemic and trying to just simply survive and obtain I wanted to create dishes that real everyday people could purchase and execute in the privacy of their own homes. And also show that you can get restaurant quality on ANY budget.
This new food blog is created by yours truly which mean things will not be "conventional" and I go by my own rules as you should as well. Let's learn, lets have some fun and lets eat some bomb food the Chef Scoota way!
So lets start of with our main protein which is Trout. This is a beautiful fish that is native to the eastern regions of America as well as Canada. They live and thrive in fountains and streams which make this fish a freshwater fish. This is the ideal type of fish you would want to introduce into your diet if you want to start eating clean. Trout is a great source of protein, Niacin, vitamin b12, and omega 3 fatty acids. Then we have the delicious pairing mate, Brussel sprouts are high in fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, making them a nutritious addition to your diet. They may also come with added health benefits, including the potential to reduce the risk of cancer, decrease inflammation and improve blood sugar control.
Okay so lets get set up for this quick and easy meal. I promise you could be eating within 30-45 minutes.
